First Year Representative

Shreenivasan is a First Year Representative for the Law Society. His role involves being the main point of contact between the committee and Freshers, and to ensure First Year students are having the best university experience on both an academic and social level.

Shree is involved in closely working with the other committee members in curating events that first years would be interested in. In addition to that, He is thoroughly involved in publicising relevant information about the society to First year students.

In the forthcoming academic year, Shree aims to enhance the first-year student relations between the committee and keep our members and the sponsors informed about any relevant success in the same. And curate a good social aspect to the first years and every involved in the society alike.

Shree was particularly excited to join the society as he wanted to enhance the communication between the freshers with the committee as many were quite confused with the intricacies of the activities. Furthermore, the involvement in the University of Aberdeen’s biggest law society looked like a brilliant opportunity to gain relevant experience in the field and it certainly was.

Shree is inclined towards criminal law. However, as he’s still in the first year at the university, He is yet to study other subjects that he may find compelling.
