OUR PEOPLE
Amy Malone
Amy is the Law Society’s fourth year representative. She is the main point of contact between the committee and fourth-year students. Amy encourages members to get involved and express their opinion on the planning of the Law Society’s social and career events. To access the Facebook group, click here.
This year, Amy really hopes she can get all members involved in the making of the Law Society and its events. She also wishes to introduce more substantive events throughout the year and establish the Law Society as an integral part of the University. One of her big focusses is the Law Ball, of course.
Amy has a keen interest in family law.
When asked about the Law Society, she said: “The law society is important as it creates a sense of community and under the current circumstances that’s probably what people need the most! It’s such an excellent way to make new friends! I’m excited to be part of the committee and would love to play a part in transforming this community into a family; where everyone communicates, has an opportunity to explore what they are interested in and spends the best moments of their life.”
Because we also exist to make sure years at University are memorable, we shall mention our committee members favourite drink(s). If Amy is out, you can be sure she’ll be ordering a pornstar martini!
