Rahma Ferguson
Rahma is the External Social Secretary. Rahma is in charge of organising events with our sponsors, inter-society and varsity events, events with the law schools and other organisations (e.g. varsity sports weekend, BIUCAC, etc.).
This year, Rahma also wishes to improve the law societies network with other universities and to increase the Law Society’s charity work by organising more fundraising opportunies. She is also organising the Law Society’s Diversity in Law event.
Rahma has a keen interest in commercial and property law.
When asked about the Law Society, she said: “My goal as external social secretary for Aberdeen University Law Society is to create fun and insightful events for students in order for them to have the best university experience possible and hopefully inspire them on their career journey.”
Because we also exist to make sure years at University are memorable, we shall mention our committee members favourite drink(s). And for Rahma, that’ll be a strawberry daiquiri or a iced vanilla latte, please!
